SoHo House
The SoHo House is the original rooftop pool hot spot. Located in the middle of the Meatpacking District, this members club is summer oasis in the heart of the city.
Mr. Purple
At Hotel Indigo in the Lower East Side exists one of the best views of the city. At the rooftop pool and lounge, Mr. Purple, you can check out views of One World Trade to one side and the Empire State Building to the other!
Profundo Day Club
What would you know, New York City’s largest rooftop pool is actually located in Queens! Now’s your chance to hit up the “new Brooklyn” all summer long with the Summer Fridays bash and day passes going for $50 or, the sunset option for just $25 at Ravel Hotel!
1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge
This waterfront rooftop at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge allows you to swim right into the skyline in this infinity-pool-esq set up. The pool is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
SIXTY LES
Ok- so this is quite possibly the most extra of the list BUT also one of the most exclusive. At SIXTY LES, the guests-only experience is a true luxury. You can book a room for the weekend to gain access or, rent out a poolside cabana. The hefty price, ranging anywhere from $700-$1000, includes the pool, a wet bar, private bathroom with rain shower, a sound system, a flat-screen TV, and a refreshment center stocked with water and towels.
DUMBO House
Dumbo House is the newest addition to the SoHo House brand with this outpost in Brooklyn. The views are to die for. Hurry, find a friend with a membership!
The William Vale
The William Vale is home to another one of the city’s more exclusive rooftop spots. With the 60- foot long pool, chaise lounges, daybeds, and cabanas, this hotel spot is a great place to be to soak in the sun. Day passes come in on the higher side at $150 or if you’re feeling frisky (or like you’ll be working on your tan all summer long), the full season membership-which comes with other perks- comes in at $5,000.
The Beach at The Dream Downtown
Get your party on at The Beach at The Dream Downtown. This pool deck and bar serves up giant glasses of Instagrammable frosé and delicious Moscow Mules all day long. If you’re a guest of the hotel it’s free to check it out but if not, you can snag a day pass for $65.
JIMMY at The James
Located downtown, JIMMY at The James Hotel is one of the best rooftop pools because of it’s great location as well as the spectacular views of Tribeca.
Equinox Printing House
The pool at the Equinox Printing House location is great for the fitness lover. This luxury gym located on the Hudson is great for those looking for a quick workout followed by a long stay at the rooftop pool and sundeck.
McCarren Hotel and Pool
The 4,800 square foot deck at McCarren is located in Williamsburg and is probably the most affordable of all the extra places coming in at $45 for a day pass!
