Stylus is bringing a new kind of destination to NYC, blending a listening room, social club, and dining experience into one thoughtfully designed space.
Set to open in the heart of the Lower East Side, Stylus is built around high-quality sound and intimate, acoustically tuned environments. Here, vinyl sets, live performances, and conversations take center stage–offering a noticeable contrast to the usual pace and noise of the city.
Described as a “sonic sanctuary dedicated to the ephemeral arts,” the members-only club is designed as a place to gather day and night, whether spending time solo in the lounge or with friends at the chef’s table.

Across its programming, Stylus will host curated, one-of-a-kind experiences intended to spark conversation, reflection, and connection. These span a wide range of disciplines, including:
- Live performances
- Sound meditations
- Light and wellness therapy
- Panel discussions
- Film screenings
- + more
Programming will be developed in collaboration with members as well as local and international cultural organizations.

At its core is an acoustically engineered performance and listening room featuring a structurally integrated sound system by Devon Turnbull of OJAS. The space is designed to adapt depending on the night, transforming from an intimate jazz-style setting into something more expansive and immersive.
Below ground, the cellar-level listening lounge offers a more secluded experience. Guests are expected to remove their shoes, reinforcing the focus on immersion, while 40Hz sound and light therapy adds another sensory dimension.

Culinary programming is equally considered.
A seasonal, locally sourced menu of small plates and cocktails will be led by Michelin-starred chef Anita Lo, alongside a rotating lineup of visiting chefs. Guests can dine at the chef’s table or throughout the space as part of the broader social experience.
After an evening at Stylus, members can continue to unwind on the terrace or retreat to an acoustically designed penthouse.

More than just a venue, Stylus positions itself as a multidisciplinary cultural space where sound, design, food, and community intersect–offering New Yorkers a place to slow down, tune in, and experience the city in a different way.
