For a truly haunting Halloween you can spend a night at the eerie Addams Family Mansion.
The Brooklyn home is usually a museum (which somehow makes staying here creepier) but in the spirit of “haunted mansions” on All Hallows’ Eve, you can call the macabre space home for a night. Booking.com has decided to list the home in honor of the animated feature film, Addams Family, that recently debuted; and staying at the real life replica of the iconic spooky home is like a wonderful nightmare come true for fans.
Located at 272 Lafayette Avenue in Clinton Hill, the 19th century era townhouse features three bedrooms in a 3,700-square-foot space. Guests spending the night will be able to “tinker with machines in Pugsley’s Room, play with Wednesday’s beheaded doll in the living room, and even care for some of Morticia’s carnivorous plants,” according to the listing. They also warn: “Careful not to get too spoked if Thing appears while exploring the home!” Spectacular!
The home will also feature classics like vases filled with rose stems and the famous “you rang” bell. However, if you’re looking to secure your stay you’ll have to act quickly! There are only four nights available (from October 29-November 1) at $101.10 per night. Bookings will open on Monday, October 28 at noon EST.
Get ready for the ultimate creepy, kooky, mysterious and spooky, all together ooky experience.
