Spring time brings warmer weather, which means outdoor activities start kicking off and various markets, bars, etc. re-open for the season.
Smorgasburg is the biggest outdoor food market in America, with a wide selection of food options from over 100 local vendors. A local favorite for New Yorkers, its wide variety of food vendors make it the perfect place to spend a sunny morning discovering all the yummy good good the city has to offer.Open on Fridays at the World Trade Center, Saturdays in Williamsburg and Sundays in Prospect Park, they’re now setting up shop in one of the hottest new areas in the city: Hudson Yards. Since the opening of the Vessel and the Shed, Hudson Yards has been the talk of the town, so naturally it seems like a good move business-wise to get in on the action. The pop-up will be held at Bella Abzug Park in Hudson Yards, starting May 14th and will run for two days a week throughout summer till August 13th.
The expected food vendors include: Bona Bona Ice Cream, Burger Supreme, Destination Dumplings, Jianbing Co., Oconomi, Phat Greek, Excell’s Kingston Eatery, Home Frite, Mao’s Bao and Red Hook Lobster Pound. Who’s hungry & excited??
