You Can Have An Epic Sleepover In The Brooklyn IKEA This March

IKEA has taken over the country with its sleek yet affordable house design products, and it’s currently taking over NYC too with its super-popular Red Hook, Brooklyn location and another giant outpost coming to Queens this year.

What can we say—with the teeny tiny size of New York apartments, we need all the space-saving furniture options we can get! And if you’re obsessed with IKEA enough to spend all day and night there (who are we kidding…all of us are), you’ll have the chance to do just that with the Red Hook location’s first-ever SLEEPOVER event!

The sleepover will take place on March 13, and there will be plenty of games, food (hopefully some of their famous Swedish meatballs!) and giveaways.

According to a press release, a few of those happenings include silent disco dancing, ASMR, and other sleep-themed activities (like designing your perfect bed)!

To enter for a chance to win (the winners will get to bring along one guest with them), you’ll have to enter on their website here. In order to enter, you do have to sign up to be part of the “IKEA Family,” which is basically a customer rewards program (that is free). You’ll find out if you’ve won the week of February 24.

If you don’t want to spend the entire night, there is also an upcoming event on February 22 called the
“IKEA After Dark Sleep Festival” from 3-9pm where you can “discover new ways to save your sleep, as well as fun workshops and activities. Plus, sample Swedish foods and enjoy breakfast for dinner* in the IKEA Restaurant from 3:30-8:30pm.” Find out more on their website here.
