If you’re heading down to the Hamptons this weekend and looking for some of the yummiest places to eat, have a look through our top spots below:
1. Lunch Lobster Roll
Once you’re at Lunch for some grub, you know that summer has officially begun! One of the oldest restaurants in the area, its seen several changes over the years. One thing that’s stayed the same is its reputation for being a quintessential eatery during the summer season. Customers range from locals, out-of-towners, international tourists and even the occasional celeb 😉
2. Gosman’s
Gosman’s like to define themselves as Montauk’s favorite restaurant, which anyone who’s ever enjoyed a meal here would definitely agree to. The stunning location just by the harbor, makes it the perfect place to catch some incredible views whilst having a casual lunch or dinner with friends, family and the little ones.
3. Bostwick’s Chowder House
If you’re looking for a classic Hamptons restaurant, this is it. Bostwick’s offers both indoor and outdoor seating, inspired by a nautical theme that really makes you feel the sea-side vibes. Nothing fancy, the menu features local seafood in a chill, relaxed setting. FYI – closed from Friday – Sunday.
4. Clam Bar @ Napeague
Classic roadside shack, perfect pit stop if you’re driving to and from Montauk. Don’t expect anything too fancy, the menu is simple but satisfying. The outdoor seating makes it the perfect place to enjoy the summer sun, good company, cold beers and delicious lobster rolls!
5. Duryea’s Lobster Deck
Duryea’s is slightly more on the fancy side in comparison to the rest on this list, but still has a light hearted atmosphere that you’d want by the sea. Prices are slightly higher, however you’re paying for the full experience which is definitely worth it. Although wait times can get quite high around weekends/holidays, there’s a few stores close by to have a browse in as you wait.
Happy eating! 🦞
