Whether you’re in need of a perfect group activity for something like a birthday party, or you’re just someone who appreciates a luxurious experience, how does cruising down the Hudson in a floating hot tub sound?
Sea the City offers the experience of a lifetime, with hot tub boat cruises on the Hudson River and we were lucky enough to experience their Holiday Hot Tub Boat Tour this season.
As we journeyed along the Hudson, we got to take in iconic NYC sights by getting up close and personal to the Statue of Liberty, voyaging underneath the Brooklyn Bridge and gasping at the glittering skyline around us, all from a steaming hot tub.
You can choose to reserve one of the single hot tubs or the entire boat (two hot tubs total) for the tour. We stuck to the single hot tub, which can fit up to 10 guests.
Each hot tub is equipped with a bluetooth speaker so you can play all of your favorite jams while onboard—and we promise you can’t hear the other tubs tunes and vice versa.
The entire experience is BYOB (just no hard liquor) so bring any beer, wine or champagne you prefer! Plus, right now for their Holiday cruise, they’re offering free hot apple cider to keep you warm. Not to mention, their boat is decked out in festive decor. Don’t forget to bring your own towel (you’ll want the warmth immediately once you have to deboard the boat), otherwise you can rent one. There is a bathroom and changing room onboard to use.
Be sure to book soon thought as the season ends at the end of the month.
However, if you miss this season, be sure to check back for availability come March when the tours return. Learn more on their website.
