For years, Sephora has been committed to building a more diverse and inclusive beauty industry. To keep it going in 2024, the beauty giant is calling all New York City-based beauty enthusiasts to apply for its fourth annual Sephora Scholarship program!
The program was created in 2021 to empower students of diverse backgrounds, with an emphasis on underrepresented students, pursuing a licensed career in beauty through professional training and education. Since then, the Sephora Scholarship program has helped to open doors for more than 200 scholars with professional beauty aspirations.
Assistance includes providing students with tuition support, hands-on training, valuable education, and job placement support.

Who can apply for the Sephora Scholarship?
All students enrolled in a cosmetology and/or esthetician program with a start date between January 1, 2024 and April 1, 2024 are welcome to apply by Friday, March 1 at SephoraScholarship.com.
What are the requirements for the Sephora Scholarship?
- Beauty Scholar must commit to the full 6-month paid internship.
- Applicants must be able to work a minimum of four hours per week in-store.
- Be able to attend key trainings and in-store shifts.
- Active enrollment at an accredited cosmetology or esthetician school must be maintained while participating
