Swing into spring at Sandbar Rooftop, NYC’s very own slice of the Hamptons!
Serving the ultimate beginning-of-spring/summer vibes, Sandbar Rooftop on the 23rd Floor of the Hilton, is a Hamptons-themed rooftop destination, complete with beach decor like lifeguard chairs, hanging lounges, and swings created from reclaimed wine barrels (we love our swings here at Secret NYC)!
The retractable roof and open-air terrace makes Sandbar Rooftop the perfect spot for any weather, offering both indoor and outdoor access.
The rooftop first came about in 2020, and is now back again for the warm weather season. It opens everyday beginning at 4 p.m. and offers some of the best photo-ops in town! Be sure to snap the most Insta-worthy shots on the adorable swings or in front of the “Good Vibes” neon sign.
Their signature handcrafted cocktail list is designed by Sandbar’s house mixologist. They just launched their spring menu with options like the “Atlantic Beach” with Gin, Cointreau, Lemon, Pear Nectar, Bitters, Thyme, the “Runabout” with Vodka, Rhubarb, Aperol, Lemon, Prosecco, or the “Cuddy” with Gin, Lavender Simple Syrup, Agave, Ctrus, Triple Sec, Egg White.
Pair that with a pinsa-style pizza (Roman-style pizza featuring dough pushed by hand into a long oval shape) with toppings like caramelized onions and fresh ricotta or blistered tomatoes and peperoncini, and you’ve made for the perfect NYC evening.
It also boasts curated music playlists and nearly 360-degree views of Manhattan and the Empire State Building.
Though reservations are required to secure seating, walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
So get ready to swing into the season and head to their website here to find out more.
