NYC’s iconic Hall des Lumières will be home to an immersive Renaissance experience this summer, bringing works from the great Italian Renaissance masters to life.
Focusing on Da Vinci, Raphael and Michelangelo, the new exhibition bridges the gap between 16th century artistry and 21st-century technology for an unexpected sensory experience. If listening to Rosalia’s Berghain as you take in centuries-old masterpieces sounds right up your alley, save your spot:

An exhibition highlighting the big three
Hall des Lumières’ newest offering is a spectacular journey through the artistic revolution of Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael and Michelangelo. From their visionary inventions and enigmatic portraits to their harmonious frescoes and sculptures, the geniuses’ work still endures today.
The Renaissance exhibit will be narrated by Giorgio Vasari, a prized art historian in the Renaissance period — granting visitors an inside look at the private lives and inspiration of the three iconic figures, so you won’t just leave with more knowledge of their art, but also more insight on the men behind the canvases.

Bringing the artists’ oeuvre to life using digital modeling and 3D visuals, the Renaissance exhibit offers a new perspective on the legendary artwork, literally ‘carving’ Michelangelo’s scriptures out of virtual white marble.
And the music sets itself apart from your typical museum experience, too. Modern tunes will be playing in the background as you take in the classical artworks for a fresh, contemporary journey through the artists’ oeuvre.

Renaissance: Da Vinci, Raphael, Michelangelo – The Immersive Experience premieres at Hall des Lumières on June 23rd, and will be around through the summer.
