The Design
Even before you step into the Oculus, the sight of this white-winged structure is nothing short of breathtaking. Designed by the visionary Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava in 2004 and opened to the public in 2016, it stands as a powerful symbol of hope and in Downtown Manhattan.

As mentioned above, The Polar Pub will only be open during the holiday season , but there are plenty of eating options around The Oculus! This incredible and luxurious restaurant has gourmet cuisine and a constantly changing menu. The views while you dine are unreal!
