Raccoon Cave is the West Village’s new bubble tea spot created by BIAO Sugar, a tea brand originally from China that’s bringing authentic boba to NYC, and it’s definitely like nothing you’ve ever experienced before.
After ordering, your drink will be served to you through a “raccoon’s cave” (aka a cut-out in the wall), with a raccoon paw. Okay, so it’s not a real raccoon, but it’s still exciting nonetheless!
They have several tasty drinks to choose from, including their “Coconut Wonderland,” which blends fresh coconut into a creamy and delicious smoothie topped with mango. Strawberry smoothies, fresh lemonade, and coffee are among other tasty items on the menu, all with boba of course! Plus they have a number of teas to choose from, both with dairy and without, like jasmine tea or dark roasted oolong milk tea.
You can even get your drink served in a reusable “Devil Egg” or “Angel Egg,” and when you’re done you can bring the cup back for 40% off refills.
