The legendary spicy pepperoni squares are officially crossing the East River. 🍕
After cementing itself as a quintessential Manhattan staple (and my personal favorite, in case you’re curious), Prince St. Pizza is gearing up to open a brand new Brooklyn location on Thursday, April 23.
This highly anticipated arrival marks the cult-favorite slice shop’s very first expansion within New York since its original Nolita debut back in 2012.
Fans of the iconic pizzeria already know the drill.
You wait in a near constant line on Spring Street, grab a Spicy Spring slice loaded with those famous curled pepperoni cups, and take a photo out front before devouring it.
The brand has spent the last few years expanding globally to places like Miami and Los Angeles, but bringing the entire operation to Brooklyn is a massive hometown move.
Set to be located right on the border of Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens, the new outpost is guaranteed to generate some serious buzz for Brooklynites craving a premium slice.
A fashion meets food collaboration with Sergio Tacchini
To celebrate the massive opening, Prince St. Pizza is teaming up with Italian sportswear giant Sergio Tacchini for a unique launch activation.
The partnership extends far beyond opening day and brings an awesome streetwear element right into the neighborhood pizzeria.
Staff at the Smith Street location will be decked out in custom Sergio Tacchini uniforms featuring a bold “Hot Sauce” colorway.
The collaboration also includes limited-edition co-branded pizza boxes that will roll out nationwide, complete with QR codes linking out to exclusive Spring/Summer 2026 fashion content.
There is also a seriously tasty perk for dedicated fans of the brand.
The iconic “Prince Perfection” cheese slice will be temporarily reimagined as the “Sergio Tacchini Perfection” pie. Better yet, the shop is hosting a weeklong activation where customers wearing any Sergio Tacchini gear will receive a complimentary slice just for showing up in style.
