The summer’s newest nautical oasis awaits at Brookfield Place and it’s called Portside. Portside is the “harborside hangout” we never knew we needed, until now!
The seaside-inspired outpost will offer everything from sunset views to delicious bites, happy hours to weekly programming. The outpost is free to the public and open from 9am to 9pm through September.
Designed to be NYC’s very own coastal retreat, friends and family are welcome to come relax at the al fresco lounge that boasts killer views of the New York Harbor. And if all the time soaking up the sun makes you work up and appetite, food and drink are available for purchase from The Shack by Tartinery.
“Portside at Brookfield Place celebrates summer in New York and reminds all of us to take advantage of our incredible, waterfront city,” said Callie Haines, Head of Northeast Region, U.S. Office Division, Brookfield Properties. “Every week at Portside you’ll find something new, from the Beach Read Book Club to Coastal Craft Making and more. We look forward to welcoming friends, families and coworkers to this outdoor oasis right here in Lower Manhattan.”
