New York City is always keeping us on our toes, and that was true last night, Thursday, October 10th, as a severe geomagnetic storm brought the aurora borealis, or northern lights, straight to our doorstep–yes, they were seen in New York City, light pollution and all! Lucky for us many captured some incredibly stunning photos and videos of the spectacle, and we’ve rounded up some of our favorites! See them below:
