Phoebe Bridgers fans, it seems our time in the waiting room finally has an expiration date, and it’s coming up much faster than we think.
Last night, Bridgers played a stunning, sold–out show at Madison Square Garden where every single ticket cost just one dollar. Fans were handed physical tickets marking their seats before being led into a completely transformed version of the legendary arena.
The massive screens that usually dominate MSG concerts were nowhere to be found. Instead, a small stage sat toward the back of the room, decorated to look like a cozy living room, where Bridgers sat on a couch adorned with knit blankets. Though Madison Square Garden likely held upwards of 18,000 people, the atmosphere felt remarkably intimate.
“It’s weird not having a phone, isn’t it?” Bridgers told the crowd. “I love it. I appreciate you allowing this to be an internet-free zone.
Bridgers performed 7 new songs, including one that mentioned both Coney Island and it’s iconic Wonder Wheel, as well as some of her most beloved classics, Waiting room, Scott Street, Moon Song, Kyoto and more.
This morning, the artist announced even more exciting news for local fans: that last night won’t be her last stop in NYC this year.
While the June pop–up series was a more intimate, acoustic affair, “The Lost Tour” this fall will be a massive full-band outing. For local fans, New York City is a central anchor of the North American leg. Bridgers will take over the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for two back-to-back nights on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, 2026.
She won’t be alone for the homecoming, either. Avant-garde indie darling Alex G is locked in as the opening support for the entire North American run, making the Barclays dates a massive billing for indie fans.
📱 Navigating the Phone-Free Policy
If you managed to grab tickets to the MSG pop–up, you already know the drill—but for the upcoming arena tour, the strict “power down” rules remain fully in place.
Upon arrival at Barclays Center (and all other tour venues), all phones, smartwatches, and recording accessories will be secured in Yondr pouches that you keep with you but cannot open until the end of the night.
Anyone caught sneaking a device out during the performance will be immediately escorted out of the venue by security. Because your digital wallet will be locked away, fans are highly encouraged to bring physical credit cards for merch and concessions.
🎟️ The Battle for Tickets: How to Get In
Because demand is expected to be staggering, the ticket rollout is intentionally split up to prevent queue crashes. If you want to catch the Brooklyn shows, you’ll need to follow the registration timeline carefully:
- General On-Sale (Friday, June 12, 2026 @ 10:00 AM Local): Any remaining tickets left over from the artist presales will open to the general public.
- Register for Presale (Deadline: June 7, 2026 @ 11:59 PM CST): Sign up on the official portal. Registering before this deadline enters you into a random selection for Day 1 of the Official Artist Presale. Anyone who registers after this window up until June 11 will automatically be pushed to Day 2 access.
- Check Selection Notification (June 8, 2026 @ 10:00 AM CST): All registered fans will receive an email and text alert confirming whether they were selected for Day 1 or Day 2 ticket access.
- Official Artist Presales (June 9 – June 10, 2026 @ 10:00 AM Local): Presales launch at 10:00 AM local venue time across two separate days to split up traffic. The entire presale window officially closes on Thursday, June 11 at 10:00 PM local.
