The highly anticipated revival of Pacha NYC looks less like a traditional nightclub and more like a sprawling adult playground.
During its recent pre-opening weekend, the venue, housed behind a massive red corrugated metal exterior featuring the brand’s iconic cherry logo, revealed a layout that swaps standard nightlife expectations for indoor skate ramps, arcade games, and live sports broadcasts.
Rather than just a straightforward dance floor, the space integrates festival–style activations throughout the property.
Attendees navigating the multi-room venue encountered food pop–ups—including baskets of chicken tenders and fries—alongside custom airbrush fashion stations.
The entertainment extends into an arcade area equipped with classic Skee–Ball machines and electronic basketball shootouts. Outside, the venue features an open-air courtyard with bars built into retrofitted shipping containers and extensive lounge seating.
Skate Ramps and Screenings
The pre-opening events established the venue’s massive production scale and eclectic programming. Night one was headlined by DJ Rampa, drawing a packed crowd and high-profile guests including Travis Scott and Quavo.
In a surprise pivot from standard club programming, the venue utilized its massive curved LED screen to broadcast a New York Knicks game, gathering hundreds of attendees to watch the matchup together in the middle of the party.
The second night shifted the atmosphere again with the introduction of an active skate park.
A bright pink half–pipe was installed directly inside the venue, allowing skaters to perform tricks alongside the partygoers. Once the main musical acts began, the venue’s full production capabilities were on display, featuring sweeping visuals of New York City crosswalks and streetscapes synchronized with a massive overhead lighting rig.
Following the pre-opening previews, Pacha NYC is preparing for its official opening weekend. The sprawling new nightlife complex is located at 140 Stewart Ave in Brooklyn.
