Two tiny NYPD obsessed New Yorkers are taking the internet by storm by dressing up as mini-cops and hanging out with real officers. Check out this adorable duo and more of their story right here.
The NYPD isn’t known for having “fans.” The police department has been, and probably never will be, as beloved as firefighters or other emergency services workers. That might be about to change thanks to two 3-year-old New Yorkers.
Aaron and Evan Rolon are two cop-obsessed twins who are slowly conquering the internet by dressing up and hanging out with police officers.
Aaron and Evan love their toy, remote control cars. Back in April, the pair hit the streets near their Washington Heights home only to be pulled over by real police officers…
…for being just so damned cute. The officers issued the twins a joke ticket…
The event garnered a lot of local news attention, and clearly struck a chord with the boys. That’s where the love affair with the Police started. The twin’s father, Alejandro Rolon, converted one of their cars into a miniature police cruiser and took them to Times Square in their new ride. The Twins when viral again.
Now the three-year-olds go out and about in NYC visiting police departments and hanging out with officers at public events. They’ve visited over 30 police departments in NYC, New Jersey, Washington DC, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia with their parents.
Their pictures and videos have been a smash hit with fans on Instagram and Twitter. Enough from us, check out this adorable duo for yourself. Here are some of our favorites:
