Next month, Brooklyn’s first cidery will open with an “on-site restaurant, bar, and tasting room.”
Brooklyn Cider House will be the first farm cidery in NYC to have these on-site amenities. They will also serve food that is cider-centric, meaning each item will pair well with a cider.
The venue will open in a Brooklyn warehouse that currently reads “Ugly Apples Taste Better”—the Brooklyn Cider House motto.

Seating for the restaurant will be communal and between courses you’ll have the opportunity to taste the hard ciders made there from inside their tank room.
Brooklyn Cider House serves hard ciders that are made up primarily of apples, with little assistance from other ingredients such as white wine yeast.

Their current cidery at Twin Star Orchards has a “tasting room, farm store, and pavilion that serves wood-fired pizza and burgers.” Something to look forward to potentially at their upcoming Bushwick location.
