There is only one name in New York City when it comes to crazily-Instagrammable, mouth-watering milkshakes and delicious burgers. That’s Black Tap, and soon they’ll be bringing that genius to the Hudson Waterfront.
Why is Black Tap always in the headlines? This time it’s not for their infinitely-instagrammable shakes, or their candy coated frozen rosé (frosé for those in the know). We think the reason is that they’re just that damned good, oh and they’re expanding to the waterfront cafe space on the West Side.
The most photo-worthy milkshakes in New York City have been selected by the Hudson River Park Trust to launch their latest location on Pier 84, at West 44th Street. The announcement was on September 14, by Madelyn Wils, the trust president, and CEO to Community Board 4’s Waterfront, Parks and the Environment Committee.
Black Tap will be a welcome inclusion to the waterfront, don’t be fooled by the wacky milkshakes, this luncheonette is the real deal. They serve award-winning real NY-style burgers, fries, wings, craft beers, mason jar cocktails, salads, sides, that rival their Instagram-worthy shakes.
Black Tap are the undisputed kings of foody-Instagram marketing in the city, creating not only shareable but also delicious eats …and on the plus side, this may even cut down the queues for that milkshake at their other Manhattan locations.
If you’ve never been to Black Tap, check out what you can expect to see coming out of the Hudson Waterfront in the spring:
