Quick checklist: How to apply before the July 20 deadline
With the clock ticking down, interested applicants need to act fast.
- Step 1: Check your income. Ensure your total annual household income (including everyone who will be living with you) fits securely within the minimum and maximum ranges noted above for your household size.
- Step 2: Submit digitally (Fastest). Head over to the official NYC Housing Connect portal online to complete your digital profile and submit your entry directly for Rialto West before midnight on July 20.
- Step 3: Request by mail (Alternative). If you prefer a traditional paper application, you must immediately mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Rialto West, c/o Clinton Management, 42-06 235th Street, Douglaston, NY 11363.
- Step 4: Do NOT duplicate. Submit only one application per household. Sending in a paper form and an online application will get you automatically disqualified from the lottery.
