With COVID still being prevalent in the world and rates increasing in NYC recently due to new subvariants, you may be looking to get tested more regularly again — and having a supply of COVID self-tests makes that much easier.
The good news is various pools and recreation centers in every borough are distributing free COVID test kits, along with new Test-to-Treat mobile units that will conduct free tests in person & provide you with antiviral pills on the spot if needed/eligible.

Now there are 30 mobile sites where you can get a covid test and, if you need it, get paxlovid pills *on the spot*.
