After this past September was named the wettest NYC September in the past 154 years, we were hoping as the month came to a close the rain would stay behind with it–but boy were we wrong. And while we did see some sun last weekend after 7 straight weekends of rain, the skies still opened up and showered down on as at the tail end of the weekend.
But we can finally swap our rain boots for sunglasses this weekend as the forecast is predicting a dry weekend of (semi) warm temperatures and sun!
According to AccuWeather, this Saturday, November 4th, will reach a high of 61º with clouds and breaks of sun. In fact, they predict it will be a nice afternoon for outdoor activities!
On Sunday, November 5th, the sun will stick around and the temperature will climb slightly to 62º, making for a comfortable day perfect for running the NYC Marathon!
While the forecast according to Weather.gov varies slightly when it comes to predicted temperatures, the most important thing is that they’re not showing any rain in the forecast either!
We don’t know about you but we’re ready to spend this entire weekend outdoors because honestly who knows when we’ll have a sunny weekend like this again!
