An explosion at New York City’s Port Authority occurred during the Monday morning rush hour.
Multiple ambulances, police, and firefighters are at the scene, but it is still not clear if the explosion was an intentional attack or an accident.
Emergency Service vehicles hurried to the scene to evacuate in the massive transit hub.
The first call in response to the explosion came in at 7:19 am according to the FDNY, and the bomb squad was seen at the scene:

Authorities are warning of widespread delays to public transport and traffic:

The Port Authority Bus Terminal is largest bus terminal in the country and sees around 230,000 passengers pass through on an average day.
