With COVID-19 rates rising in NYC and across the state, Governor Cuomo is putting some new regulations in place.
The Governor announced today that he was putting new measures in place that will go into effect this Friday, Nov. 13 at 10pm to help try and curb the spread.
They are:
- Any establishment with a state liquor license, including bars and restaurants, must close at 10pm.
- Gyms must close at 10pm.
- To slow the spread, NYS will limit indoor gatherings at private residences to 10 people. (He said that indoor gatherings and parties are a major source of COVID-19 spread).
COVID is getting worse by the day.
All around the country.
The fall surge is here.
We are taking action but we need New Yorkers to do their part.
Wear a mask. Get tested. Follow all health guidelines. Take this seriously.
