New York City Beer Week is kicking off this week! Be sure to check out the festivities throughout the five boroughs.
New York City Beer Week is the annual celebration of good beer. This celebration kicks off with the Opening Bash tomorrow in Brooklyn and will feature an unlimited sampling of 60 of the best US breweries. The highlights not only include craft beers from across the country, but also a huge selection of music, games, merchandise and of course, the craft beer food court (because who doesn’t need some grub to go with all that beer?)
This week of craft beer heaven is organized by the New York City Brewers Guild, an association dedicated to promoting local breweries and the creation of growth-focused craft beers in New York City. Amongst the featured breweries are, Bronx Brewery, Captain Lawrence Brewing Co, and Coney Island Brewery. The week closes out on March 4th with the Ruppert’s Cup Awards, honoring the best craft bars, bartenders and breweries.
Make sure not to miss out on this awesome week of brews, food, concerts and more. Check out the list of events here.
