Due to wafts of smoke drifting towards us from the Canadian wildfires, many areas of America are experiencing hazy skies and poor air quality.
On Tuesday, June 6th, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) issued an Air Quality Health Advisory for the NY metro area, and at one point NYC had the worst air quality in the world.

But in typical New Yorker fashion some of us would rather cope with humor, as seen below:
New Yorkers can also see live updates of the city’s air quality conditions on EarthCam, which delivers live views of Midtown, Hudson Yards, Lower Manhattan, and more from their Midtown 4K Cam.
Hope everyone is staying indoors as much as possible and staying safe!
