The annual list of the World’s 50 Best Bars was recently released by William Reed Business Media.
While The NoMad Bar came in third in the world (an amazing feat in itself), it takes home first for the Best Bar in North America. If you haven’t been to The NoMad Bar you may want to make a point of checking it out its cozy atmosphere soon.
For those planning to visit the beautiful bar, it’s worth noting that:
Award-winning Bar Director Leo Robitschek has created a beverage program that celebrates classically-focused cocktails, while delving into two new arenas: festive, large-format drinks and a selection of reserve cocktails crafted with rare spirits.
The two geniuses behind The Nomad are restauranteur William Guidara and chef Daniel Humm. This duo is used to the worldwide recognition as owners as well of Eleven Madison Park—the World’s Best Restaurant.
Other NYC bars that made the World’s Best list include The Dead Rabbit, Attaboy, Dante, BlackTail, Employees Only, and Mace.
All worth popping into for a drink, and all just a short subway ride away.
