The developer in question, TF Cornerstone, has been responsible for other industrial neighborhood transformations such as the Hunters Point development in Queens. The area went from drab to fab when the company’s glass high rises first graced the scene in 2006. Since then, the area has turned into prime, desirable NYC real estate.
