A wonderful art exhibition just opened on the Lower East Side in honor of the Coen Brothers and the amazing work they’ve brought to life for over 30 years. “O Coen, Where Art Thou?” is an exhibit bringing together works of art from over 50 artists around the world, all inspired by the films created by the brilliant duo Joel and Ethan Coen.
Spoke Art Gallery will host the event from now through Feb. 25. The exhibit will feature works that tribute classics like O Brother, Where Art Thou?, The Big Lebowski, Raising Arizona, Fargo, and No Country for Old Men. Everything from sculptures, to paintings, and even nesting dolls will be on view from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays.
If you particularly love a piece of artwork you come across and want to take it home with you, you’re in luck! Spoke Art is selling pieces from the gallery on their website, here.
