A fine dining and art experience taking place in a Brooklyn performing space, Epicurean Nights is the gastronomic event no foodie will want to miss.
Let your senses go on a journey through a four course meal created by chef Patrick Connolly and a special culinary guest, pastry chef Frederic Robert.
Epicurean Nights website explains the evening experience best:
[It] will transport you, like an enchanted forest, in a magical world of subtle, smooth, earthy, creamy tastes. Let the perfume of the truffle, the crispiness of the caviar, the richness of a sauce or the delicacy of white chocolate carry you to another dimension. Every taste is paired with a selected cocktail or wine, with a unique musical note, movement and light, every sound is nourished with a culinary sensation… #sparkyoursenses
And spark your senses it shall!
The event will take place on February 20 and 21 from 7pm until 10 pm. During that time you’ll indulge mostly all of your senses with two musical performers (Anthony Roth Costanzo, a Countertenor Opera singer and Stéphane San Juan, Drummer, percussionist and singer) directed by Yuka Honda (a multi-instrumentalist composer, record producer and co-founder of the band Cibo Matto); a scent diffusion expert (Air Aroma); and a video projection mapping artist (Eric Epstein) as well as a secret special dance performer to feast your eyes on.
It will be held at National Sawdust, and you can snag tickets to this multi-sensory dining experience through their website.
