The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is stepping up to the plate, making it easier than ever for New York Yankees fans to witness the epic Boston Red Sox rivalry during the 2026 American League Wild Card Series.
This week, the Metro-North Railroad will operate special Yankee Clipper trains across all three lines, alongside additional trains on the Hudson, Harlem, and New Haven Lines. The goal? Helping fans skip the Bronx traffic and get to Yankee Stadium seamlessly.
These extra trains will whisk baseball fans directly to the stadium to watch the Yankees battle their archrivals in a highly anticipated best-of-three homestand.
