New Yorkers’ wallets will be in disbelief!
Famous restauranteur, Jonathon Morr of BondST & Republic, has taken on another project and it might be his most exciting yet!
Morr’s new restaurant Mother Duck has just opened on the LES in the old Pizza Beach location. The new spot is serving up an Asian-inspired menu of shareable plates and mouthwatering drinks. But the most exciting news is that everything is under $20! Almost too good to believe right?
Alas, it’s true. Order innovative dishes like chocolate chicken wings, salmon crispy rice, peanut noodles, duck confit bao, miso glazed salmon, and much more—all for less than $20! The menu additionally offers tons of vegetarian options like grilled eggplant, cauliflower tempura, and green tea noodle salad.
Sip on cocktails like their East Side Saketini made with cucumber infused vodka, sake, yuzu, dry vermouth, and shiso, or their Vietnamese Coffee Flip with Tito’s vodka, cold brew, egg, and condensed milk. Hey order both, they’re under $20!
Reminiscent of Republic in Union Square, “Mother Duck is Republic reincarnated for today’s diner, with cravable, flavorful food at accessible prices in a fun and lively atmosphere.”
For even more great deals make sure to stop by during happy hour to take advantage of their $5 beers and $7 cocktails on Tuesdays – Fridays from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Beyond the unbeatable prices and appetizing menu, visitors can take in the gorgeous murals from LES-based graffiti artist John Wright.
And with 24 high top chairs, an additional 13 bar seats, 65 spots in the dining area and outdoor seating that fits up to 40 people, the venue is not shy of space! A private lower-level dining area is even expected to be completed by mid-September.
