It’s nearly time to start looking ahead to next year, and one thing we’re getting excited for is the U.S. tour of Jim Steinman’s musical, Bat Out of Hell.
The musical is based off of Meat Loaf’s Bat Out of Hell album, using the songs written by band member Jim Steinman and reimagined for the stage. After a successful London run, and after winning “Best Musical” at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards, the show is finally going on tour and crossing the pond!
From July 30 until September 22 of next year, you’ll be able to catch this spectacular performance at New York City Center. The show follows a rock ‘n’ roll romance between a young gang leader and the daughter of a tyrannical ruler in a post-apocalyptic world.
