All summer long, you’re invited to take part in these secret enchanting potion classes in Manhattan.
The Potions Class at the Wizarding School of Alchemy is an Afternoon Tea party inspired by Harry Potter. From now through August there are several times each month where even muggles are invited to learn some magic and become Potion Masters by creating drinkable concoctions out of ingredients such as “Unicorn Tears” and “Mermaid Scales.”
While the classes take place in a secret location—disclosed on your ticket sent by e-Owl—you can choose time slots of 11 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 6 p.m. for a wonderful tea time experience.
Appropriate theme-attire is encouraged, with House point (and prize) awarded to the best dressed wizards; think robes, beards, glasses, and “geek chic looks” in general.
Your ticket includes endless tea, coffee, and potions along with mini sandwiches to snack on and some magical baked goods to accompany your creations!
