Chefs Club’s new concept restaurant will introduce New Yorkers to LA’s “Eggslut”.
We’re no strangers to a hearty breakfast here in the city, so when we hear about a new breakfast making it’s way to NYC it takes a lot to impress us. Well folks, this might be just the egg-tastic breakfast option we’ve all been waiting for.
Eggslut founder, Alvin Cailan, is the first of several international chefs to be featured in a new concept eatery “Chefs Club Counter.” Chefs Club’s new venue will open on March 25 on the corner of Spring and Lafayette and is said to be a fast-casual, food-on-the-go style, eatery that should appeal to the NYC pace of life.
Alvin Cailan is assumed to bring some of his signature dishes like a smoked salmon, fromage blanc and sunny side up egg sandwich on a warm poppy seed bun and mushroom, cheese and egg sandwich served on a Parker bun.
This sounds like the cure to every mean hangover we’ve ever had, sign us up!
