“The conversion of the JFK Hilton is a critical milestone in the City’s efforts to deploy new and innovative solutions that address the significant need for more affordable housing citywide,” HDC President Eric Enderlin said in a statement.
Likewise, HPD Commissioner Adolfo Carrión Jr. added, “There’s nothing NYC can’t do with a bit of creativity and the will to improve our neighbors’ lives.”
Studios start at $784, one bedrooms start at $980, and two bedrooms start at $1,175. The space, located near the A Train and the Q40, Q10, QM18, Q37, and Q7 buses boasts notable amenities, including:
