Performances, concerts, and music festivals have been postponed or canceled in an effort to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, leaving millions of people without plans as they adjust to a new lifestyle. Luckily, living in the age of the internet has its advantages. Famed performer, Jewel, is hosting a virtual concert to help fans lift their spirits while also raising money for her charity!
The American singer had to recently cancel a fundraiser which was set to fund nearly 80% of her foundation’s budget; the Inspiring Children Foundation helps at-risk youth with housing, food, clothing, necessities, and mentoring, as well as physical, emotional, mental, and health tools.
