Starting June 30, Pop in the City, a massive walk-through inflatable experience, is taking over Greeley Square Park.
Open through September 3, the custom-built installation is 120 feet long, presenting an abstract interpretation of NYC’s culture. Giant slides, oversized ball pits, cutting-edge effects, and mesmerizing lighting… Pop in the City brings the fun this summer and you do not want to miss out!
Enter through a giant slide that will deposit you in a ball pit “ocean” of 500,000 translucent balls — and that’s only the beginning! Within the elaborate space there will also be oversized sculptures paying homage to NYC (so expect big apples, big buildings, big pizza and lots more inflatable art!). The most striking part is the “glitterball dome,” inspired by Studio 54 with cutting-edge lighting and special effects, alongside 100 shimmering disco balls suspended from the ceiling!
Pop in the City was created by XL Event Lab, who also hosted The World’s Largest Bounce House that landed in Brooklyn last summer — so you know you’re in for a treat. Grab your tickets here!
And if you’re not convinced, check out these ratings from last year’s edition:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Took my son in his birthday and we had a blast. He had such a great time and the staff was super nice and fun. We can’t wait for pop in the city to come back so we can go again.” Sade T.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “We had so much fun that we forgot our ages and just bounced around and enjoyed the moment! I say this is GREAT not just for kids but every body that has an inner child should come and experience this!!!” W. Morales
There is no age limit, but children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult. Very young infants that will be worn/in a carrier whilst on the inflatables do not require a ticket.
Tickets start at $22 and since events are expected to sell out, advanced tickets are encouraged. Time slots will be available on select days:
