Step aside Manhattan, developers of Queens’ 500-foot 1 QPS Tower released a set of new renderings that reveal NYC’s Highest Rooftop pool, garden terrace, library, triple-height gym with rock climbing wall, and conference/lounge areas.
Just when you thought Manhattan had cornered the market on luxury skyscrapers, in steps Queens. Whereas apartments in 1 QPS Tower may be a little too much for your average NYers budget, that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a sneak peak at how the other half live …or WILL live at least
Developer Property Markets Group has released a set of new renderings of their 500-foot Long Island City rental 1 QPS Tower. Not only will it have the highest rooftop pool in the city, with spectacular panoramic skyline views and a stylish bar area, but also a garden terrace, library, triple-height gym with 45-foot rock climbing wall, and conference/lounge areas.
1 QPS Tower is the latest a slew of new apartment complex developments in Long Island City. As you’ll see in the renderings below, these open plan apartments ($2,395 ranging between $5,100 per month) have floor-to-ceiling windows that capitalize on the amazing views but aren’t as affordable as you might hope. Oh, how the other half lives, huh.
