New Year’s Day has also been lovingly dubbed “National Hangover Day,” and there are multiple opportunities for New Yorkers to feel better in no time.
First off, there will be a “Vita Coco Hangover Recovery Food Truck” from 10am to 4pm on January 1 at Cleveland Place, between Kenmare St. and Spring St. in Soho. In order to help remedy the “first hangover of the new decade” New Yorkers can stop by for FREE egg and cheese sandwiches and Vita Coco coconut water (while supplies last).
If you’re a Bachelor TV fan, reality stars Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour (who got engaged on the most recent season of Bachelor in Paradise) will be the ones handing out the goodies!
Also, if you can’t bring yourself to get out of bed, Vita Coco will be giving out FREE “National Hangover Day Recovery Kits” through Postmates. It will include: coconut water, an egg and cheese sandwich from Lenwich, Ibuprofen, a face mask from Korean skincare brand Banila, and Vita Coco-branded merch for relaxing in style.
To place the order, simply open the Postmates app on iOS or Android, and look for the “Vita Coco National Hangover Day Recovery Kit.” The free hangover kits, with no added fees, can be ordered starting at 10am ET on Jan. 1 while supplies last and from within the delivery radius.
