Horizon of Khufu is signed by Excurio, presented by Eclipso in partnership with Fever. The three event power-houses bring a never-before-seen experience to the Big Apple, where you won’t just gaze in awe at mesmerizing visuals, but you’ll also learn from top voices in Egyptology. Backed up by research from Peter Der Manuelian’s team on the Giza Project, Horizon of Khufu presents Egypt as it truly was. Every detail you see during the VR experience, from costumes to the way the Nile flows, comes from years of on-site observation.
Wander through the pyramids of King Khufu, attend the pharaoh’s funeral, take in the dreamlike landscape of the necropolis… During 45 minutes, Horizon of Khufu transports you 4,500 years in the past, to an ultra-realistic ride through Ancient Egypt. Some attendees felt like they would fall off the side of the pyramids during the experience since it was so immersive, so be prepared!
Horizon of Khufu has an age requirement of 8+ years old, with a minimum height of 4 ‘6,” so you can bring the littles with you as well as the rest of your friends/family.
