There are two types of holiday movie fans: those who turn on Home Alone before the turkey’s even cut, and those who wait until Christmas Day. But this year, you don’t have to choose, because Home Alone is returning to the big screen in theaters all across America for its 35th anniversary—and the movie tour is making a stop in Brooklyn, New York!
Fans can relive their favorite movie moments and scenes from the holiday classic on December 8th at Kings Theatre. But even better, Macaulay Culkin will make an appearance to share his behind the scenes stories and experience taking on the role of Kevin McCallister.

Home Alone: A Nostalgic Night with Macaulay Culkin will feature a Culkin moderated interview, giving audience members the chance to uncover Culkin’s favorite memories while filming and why he believes the movie became such a holiday staple.
Whether you grew up watching the film every year, or have kids who have yet to see it, this event is perfect for all ages!
For serious fans, a VIP experience is available to book, complete with a commemorative VIP laminate, early access to buy autographed Home Alone merchandise, the best seats in the theater, and an exclusive post-show Q&A with Culkin.

Home Alone was just the jumping board for Culkin’s career. He was also in Rocket Gibralter, Uncle Buck, My Girl, the independent film Changeland, American Horror Story, The Righteous Gemstones, and Robot Chicken. Culkin was most recently honored with a Star on The Walk of Fame for his four decades dedicated to the Entertainment Industry.
If you can’t make the Brooklyn Home Alone Tour date, there will be a screening nearby in Atlantic City, New Jersey the day before, on December 7th, 2025.
