A brand new luxury building in Brooklyn is about to boast the most spectacular views of the city.
According to the New York Post, Brooklyn Point is set to be a 68-story skyscraper, with the highest rooftop pool in NYC. Scratch that. Actually, it will be the highest residential rooftop pool in the Western Hemisphere!
From spring through fall, guests will be able to enjoy the 27-foot-long saltwater infinity pool which, as the New York Post writes:
“will feature mosaic glass tiles and be surrounded by lounge chairs for sunbathing and socializing on a Brazilian ipe-wood deck surrounded by planters filled with flowers, shrubs and even trees.”
The deck will have a space for dining as well as a stargazing observatory; but that’s certainly not all the building has to offer. Brooklyn Point will also feature amenities such as yoga studios, a hot tub sauna, game lounge, gym, wine storage, and a fire pit terrace for those cooler months.
However, the unobstructed, breathtaking views from 138 Willoughby St. will come at a price. With 458 units in the building, prices already range from $840,000 to over $4 million—and it’s not set to be completed until 2021.
