Hello Kitty fans and lovers of all things kawaii are in for a real sweet treat this weekend as the beloved Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is set to roll its way to NYC yet again as part of its 2025 national tour–this time to Flushing, Queens.
The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck was first unveiled at Hello Kitty Con in 2014, where it dished out super cute treats to fans before hitting the road to deliver merchandise to fans all across the country. After proving to be a hit and drawing crowds of up to hundreds of Hello Kitty lovers to each stop, the truck began embarking on the journey year after year, and it’s packed up with exclusive items and on the road once again!
To celebrate Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary and 10 years of the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck, fans can look forward to a brand-new line of limited-edition collectibles, including:
- Iridescent tote bags
- Anniversary hoodies
- Pins
- Keychains
- Ceramic mugs
- Thermal bottles
- Ringer tees
- + more!
And of course there will also be delicious Hello Kitty themed edible goodies to indulge in, such as oversized chef cookies, macaron sets, and Hello Kitty Madeleines.
If you’re planning to track down the adorable cartoon-covered truck, you’ll find it outside The Shops at Skyview, located at 40-24 College Point Blvd. in Flushing, Queens this Saturday, May 3rd from 10 am to 7 pm. It’ll be parked near the mall’s main entrance. Keep in mind that, as in years past, the bright pink truck is expected to draw in hundreds of Hello Kitty fans from all five boroughs, so get there early if you want to avoid long lines!
