Fans of Heathers the Musical rejoice: the smash show returns to the Big Apple at New World Stages, from June 22 through September 28.
Based on the cult classic film starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater, the musical follows the story of Veronica, a teen outsider who unexpectedly finds herself accepted by the elite (and terrifying) Heathers clique. When she falls for the mysterious J.D., a misfit whose main goal is to get back at the Heathers, pure high school chaos ensues.

After an acclaimed run in London, Heathers The Musical returns to NYC, but not without first winning Best New Musical at the UK’s WhatsOnStage Awards.
With music and lyrics by Tony Award® nominee Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy, the fan-favorite production features Broadway stars like Lorna Courtney, Casey Likes, McKenzie Kurtz, and Kerry Butler. This year, Heathers The Musical held a casting call open to up-and-comers, so prepare to see some new faces!
