Looking to bring a little bit of magic into your life? Well this Airbnb will have you sleeping inside the magical Harry Potter Quidditch tent. The only thing is you’ll have to grab your broom or floo powder–or just hop on a plane like a true muggle–because it’s nearly 700 miles away in Asheville, North Carolina.
The airbnb is so magical though that we promise you you’ll find a way to it!
From the outside the Airbnb looks like nothing more than a small tent–the same tent Mr. Weasley rented for the Quidditch World Cup to be exact–but after pulling back the tent’s flaps you’ll find that’s where the real magic begins.
After entering, you’ll be greeted by a 12-foot spiral slide which carries you down into the main space filled with secrets waiting to be discovered.
Inside the space you’ll find golden snitch-shaped lights, cloaks hung up on the walls, and even the iconic sorting hat! There’s one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fold-out futon, a kitchen stocked with all the basic necessities, a TV, air conditioning, and private parking space.
A short walk outside reveals even more magic, as you’ll stumble upon another tent, Enchantment, perfect for lounging out and a fire pit perfect for nighttime conversation and s’mores!
And though you won’t see the Quidditch World Cup stadium outside your window, you will have stunning mountain views, which are honestly just as magical.
And, for all the muggles that aren’t comfortable with slides (or those who simply just need a way to get their luggage into the home) there’s also a hidden normal entrance easily accessible via a boulder pathway.
The property, called “Alchemy,” was designed by Treehouses of Serenity, and is one of several other themed units available to rent. There’s even an entire wizard-themed home!
The home has a high rating of 4.99 and the price per night depends on the length of your stay.
