This weekend, join NYC’s Mural Arts Project in a Brooklyn Mural Painting experience!
On May 5th, you’re invited to join the New York City Mural Arts Project in a collaborative mural-making process. As part of their initiative with the New York City Health Department to discuss mental health in New York City, the Mural Arts Project works with communities and artists alike to break down preconceived notions of mental illness. They then translate the conversations into a mural that “reflects the dialogue around mental health and incorporates the diversity and strength of everyone involved in the mural-making process.”
