Finding the perfect spot to watch the fireworks in NYC is always a challenge. This year, you can skip the crowded street corners and head straight into the sky.
As America celebrates its 250th anniversary milestone, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is throwing an exclusive sky-high party. Attendees will get a front-row seat to the Macy’s fireworks, which are famously returning to both the East River and Hudson River for the occasion.
What to expect at the celebration
The exclusive, ticketed Fourth of July Celebration will run from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Organizers are promising an entire evening packed with live entertainment, festive games, and a themed menu.
Each ticket includes two drinks and one food item from the specialty holiday menu at Aprés, SUMMIT’s rooftop terrace and cafe. The menu features classic holiday comfort food, including:
- Pulled pork sandwiches
- Hot dogs
- Smoked mushroom sandwiches
Immersive patriotic updates
The entire three-story experience is getting a festive makeover for the night. SUMMIT’s famous Affinity room—the viral interactive space filled with hundreds of reflective silver orbs—will feature patriotic red and blue balloons.
In addition to the balloons, visitors will experience a festive change to the elevator lights as they ride up, alongside custom digital fireworks lighting up the Unity Screen.
Ticketing and details
Tickets include free roam access to all three levels of the immersive space. This year also features a brand-new tier for younger guests.
