Forest Hills Stadium has officially ended its legal battle with the Forest Hills Gardens Corporation (FHGC).
The new agreement drops all pending lawsuits. It establishes a clear operational framework that will govern the popular venue through 2040.
Strict concert limits
The stadium is now capped at 28 concerts per year.
In future years, this limit may rise to 29. Every single performance is now subject to strict operating standards.
This includes an enforced curfew for amplified sound and real-time audio monitoring. The venue can only use fireworks with explicit neighborhood approval.

Financial support
Event operator Tiebreaker agreed to make substantial payments to the FHGC. This includes a one-time upfront payment specifically dedicated to local restoration and beautification projects.
They will also provide ongoing per-show payments to support the community.
Neighborhood safeguards
To minimize local disruption, the venue created designated attendee routes. They will deploy their own private security alongside post-show sanitation teams.
A new community ombudsman will also work directly with the NYPD to handle neighborhood issues in real time.
A collaborative future
The FHGC noted this agreement brings clear, enforceable protections to the area for the first time in years.
Tiebreaker and the West Side Tennis Club praised the resolution, emphasizing their shared commitment to protecting this century-old piece of New York City history.
